I am someone who believes that joy is sacred... not because it’s shiny or perfect, but because it’s real, messy, and often found in the smallest, most unexpected places. It does not have to be earned.
My work and what I refer to as ''love service'', is shaped by lived experience, creative exploration, and years of listening - to individuals, to communities, and to what goes unsaid. I’ve trained in counselling skills, laughter therapy, menstrual wellbeing and community facilitation, and I weave these threads into everything I offer.
I hold space for people to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Whether that’s through a belly laugh, a scribbled poem, a guided breath, dancing badly or a moment of stillness. As long as your inside is being expressed. I love sharing tools that have helped me along the way, and witnessing others through their transitions. Likewise, being witnessed. I don’t believe in forcing transformation. I believe in creating the conditions for it to gently unfold.
Joy Rejuvenates CIC is my love letter to those who are carrying a lot but still choose to keep showing up - not to perform, but to heal. Not to fix themselves, but to remember they were never broken.
This work is slow, tender, and rooted in care. You are welcome here.
Life can be complex, painful, and sometimes overwhelming - BUT joy can still have a place in it. Not as a way to push aside what hurts, but as something that can gently sit beside it. There is a need for more spaces that try honour the full range of human experience, where people are welcomed as they are and supported through reflection, creativity and connection.
Many of us carry unspoken grief, wear invisible masks, or move through life without the space to just be. We are often expected to stay productive, stay positive, or keep going without pause. We believe that healing begins when we are allowed to slow down, feel fully, and express what’s real.
At Joy Rejuvenates, we don’t offer quick fixes. We offer presence. We create spaces where joy, creativity and care are not used to avoid pain, but to support people in living with it - with softness, dignity and companionship.
Our workshops and sessions are designed to be spacious, creative, and intentional. We use a blend of laughter therapy, mindfulness, guided reflection, journaling, and expressive arts to support people in reconnecting with themselves and others. Nothing is forced. Nothing needs to be perfect.
Our core programmes are:
We also run laughter therapy sessions, mindfulness workshops and community events that are responsive to the needs of those we serve.
We work with local community groups, schools, care providers, and wellbeing-focused organisations who want to offer something different - something human.
We also support executive women navigating burnout or seeking better balance between work, body and rest.
Whether you're part of a youth team, a grassroots organisation, or a business that values mental wellness, our sessions can be tailored to meet your needs.
We welcome individuals as well - especially those who may not have felt held in traditional mental health spaces and would like to try a different approach.
We are not afraid of the hard feelings. We don’t rush anyone to “get better” or silence struggle with surface-level solutions. Instead, we offer grounded practices that help people reconnect to themselves, find rest, and create meaning. We honour each story and walk alongside, not ahead.
Joy, for us, is not about forcing light into dark places. It’s about knowing that even in the mess and the in-between, there can still be moments of colour, connection, and care.
We love working with others who care deeply about community, creativity, and collective healing. Whether you’re a facilitator, a funder, a school, or a small organisation with a big heart, we’re always open to thoughtful partnerships.
You might want to co-host an event, bring us into your workplace, or work together on a funding application — whatever shape it takes, let’s explore what’s possible together.
